E-Docman. User Signature? was created by Taylor Pyles
Im trying to determine if this meets our needs. It looks like the capability is there but wanted to make sure.
I run a small, volunteer non-profit. We have various policies and procedures that volunteers need to follow and we provide a volunteer manual.
Is it possible to require some sort of acknowledgement the user has read a particular policy and have them sign for it. (Doesn’t have to be an actual signature...perhaps typing in their name and email could acknowledge receipt.
I want them to be able to at least view the document before signing.
Is Edocman capable of doing something like this?

Thank You for the response. Would the user be able to view the document prior to agreeing to the Term and Condition? For us, the user would have to view the document and then sign for it that they received it.

Hi Taylor,
Sorry for late response. Edocman has License feature, and it has option to force user to "Agree" with the license before they can download document. Please see my screenshots.
Manage License and you can select default license for all documents
Configure option to force user to agree with license before they can download document
At front-end, user should tick on checkbox "Agree with license" before the Download button to be activate for downloading.
I hope this feature is suitable with your requirement.
Thanks
Dam
