Tournament with multiple divisions

I am hosting a tournament where individuals can sign up for multiple activities. With an entry fee of $60, they can choose up to 3 included activities. Additional activities will cost them $5 each.

Example 1) User1 selects 2 activities, he must pay $60
Example 2) User2 selects 3 activities, he must pay $60
Example 3) User3 selects 1 activitie, he must pay $60
Example 4) User4 selects 5 activities, he must pay $70
Example 5) User5 selects 4 activities, he must pay $65
etc...

In all examples, they can also purchase spectator tickets which would be and additional $10/spectator.

Also, when they select an activity, they must also specify their skill level/rank (which can be different per activity).

Can all this be done easily?

If you want to list all activities, and then allow users to choose the activities they want, then it's not possible to have fee calculation works like that

However, if you just allow them to choose number of activities, then it's possible
