I have been searching for quite some time now but I can't figure out how to edit the footer text of the Portfolio component. By default is says 'View our More Creative Portfolio Layouts. Click here'.

Please open this file kilix/templates/os_kilix/html/mod_spsimpleportfolio/default.php.
Scroll down to bottom, you will see the tex you want to change.
