we are using Hikashop for many years now and had a very good experience with the application except we are tired of the support, so we need to move on to your application, and we have few questions, thanks in advanced
1- is eShop only one version or has many versions?
2- what is the difference between EShop CSV Advanced and eShop?
3- how hard and easy to transfer all the database of Hikashop to eShop, and here I mean everything from products, categories, sales, customers and so on?

Thank you for submitting the questions here:

1. EShop has only one commercial version.
2. EShop Import Pro is a tool to import data from Excel file into EShop. It is considered as an add-on of EShop.
3. You can only use EShop Import Pro to migrate categories, products, manufacturers data from Hikashop into EShop. There is no option to migrate orders now.
