Purchased the STRIPE add-on for Membership Pro (Joomla)

Tried uploading the STRIPE ADD-ON for MEMBERSHIP PRO via Joomla...using the download URL.

It displays: Warning
JInstaller: :Install: Can't find XML setup file.

Tried unzipping the folder and installing it via the INSTALL FROM FOLDER option.

It displays: Error
Please enter a package folder.
Unable to find install package

What should I do?

I followed the instructions...but the install did not complete. Instead I got this message:

Error
Could not find xml file in the package

Look like you forgot to unzip the received package before install. Unzip it, and install the file os_osm_stripe.zip and it should be fine

If you still could not get it installed, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can install it for you
