Hi,
I am a bit confused about user id and select user when creating documents. The documentation is a bit vague. Can you please confirm that when creating a document you can allocate it to one individual and so that document is private to that user. If the document was in a category allocated to editor group but the user id allocated to the document was in the registered group would that over ride the category,

Hi,
In Edocman, when you add/edit document, you can assign the document to one or more Joomla users. Thus, only assigned user(s) are able to access to the document at front-end. And this parameter won't be overridden by access level of Edocman category.
