Goodevening!
In my event there is room for 12 people. The pluging says 5 people has registered but only 1 is shown in dashboard.. how is that possible?

Look like something is wrong (by default. the system hide registration records without data for first_name field). Maybe that is your case, please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can check and correct it
