Hoping to Purchase, but have a few questions

I've been looking at subscription services that can be used with Joomla, and have narrowed down my choices. Your extension has been chosen as one of the choices, but need to have a few questions answered first.

1. Can a user purchase access for one article only and have access forever?

2. If a user subscribes for one article, can they then subscribe for a second article as well at a later date?

Yes, you can configure the extension to have it works like that:

1. For each article, you will need to setup one subscription plan in Membership Pro for that article

2. Set Lifetime subscription of the plan to Yes

With that setup, you will have it works as expected (both requirement #1 and #2). However, I am afraid of if you have many articles, you will end up with having so many plans in your system

Thank you for your response, however, I have come up with two other questions. Is there a limit on the amount of subscriptions? Can you have a subscription option only be available for a period of time and automatically remove from the option? For instance, we offer access to "article a" for one week and at the end of the week, the subscription option is no longer available. Thanks in advance

At the moment, we don't support that. So in this case, you will have to unpublish the plans manually

Ok. If a lifetime subscription becomes unpublished but someone had purchased it before, can that user still login and see that information?

Hmm, sadly No.

In your case, maybe customizing the extension a bit to add publish up and publish down setting for each plan would solve the issue. However, we will have to charge you small fee (30$) for doing this customization

That was going to be my next question. The auto unpublish would be great, but users who have purchased the subscription would still need to be able to access these after the plans have been unpublished. If this is possible, how long would it take to make the customization? Thanks again.

Yes. It is possible and with this customization, it will work perfectly
