I bought the OSP Real Homes template at 2016.

Now I want to buy again only OS Property - 39,99$.

If I then need a template OSP Home Search. how much will I pay?
1) 74.99 $
or
2) 74.99$ -39.99$ =35$

Please help me understand

If you already purchased OS Property, you just need to pay $ 35 USD to our Paypal account: paypal@ext4joomla.com to get the template OSP Home Search
