Questions for membership pro

Hello

I have several questiuons before i buy "Membership Pro".
1) Is it possbile when a user registers, also register (via a checkbox) for one or more newsletters from acymailing or other mailling list?
2) Is it possible to show a list of streets where user has to select his street? After street selection he has to enter manually his house number.
3) Is it possible to check wehter another user already has filled in the same street AND housenumber and when yes, show message "This street and number are already subscribed!)?
4) User must be able to unsubscribe from one or more mailing lists.
5) There has to be a checkbox (mandatory) to be checked by user with editable label.

1. Yes, it is possible. You just need to create a custom fields to allow users to choose to subscribe to the mailing lists they want and Membership Pro will handle it properly

2. Just create a custom field (type dropdown) to allow users to choose the street they want

3. Not possible, it will require some customization to the code

4. That should be handled within ACYMailing extension

5. You just need to create a checkboxes custom field (with just one option) to have it works like that

For item 3 can you do it for me, and tell me what it will cost?
So, just to be sure, the street is in a dropdown, and the house number has to be filled in manually.

Sorry for the bad explanation, what I meant:
The new customer fills in the form, gets an e-mail with a confirmation, and only after he clicks on this confirmation,
he is subscribed to the newsletter(s)

And (the last question): is it possbile to have the "terms and conditions" in a popup-lightbox?
So, click on "I agree with the terms and conditions" (mandatory) and show a link to the terms and conditions and open them in a lightbox?

1. The terms and conditions on subscription form will be displayed in a popup, not on a new-separate page

2. We don't have an option to allow users to click on a confirmation link before they are being added to newsletter lists. If they select the lists on the form, they will be added to newsletter list automatically after clicking on submit button
