Group Registration, names registered on invoice

What is the value/variable to use to list names of people registered on an invoice when group registration allowed? I tried adding [GROUP_MEMBERS_NAME], then re-requested the invoice, but no names listed. See screenshot. Or is this a different value/variable?
Second question, can I add the names of those registered in group registration to the email that goes to the billing email address?
Finally, do the people (not billing email) registered in group registration get an email? We didn't see this in testing.
