I have a customer who has had confirmation emails for 2 events, but her name is not on the registrants list for the events. I have checked the eb_registrants table in the closest backup that is 14 days after her registration, and although she is registered for 3 other events, there is no record of the other 2 registrations.
Am I correct in thinking that the ONLY way this could happen is if one of the admins deleted both registrations using the manage registrations option or is there another possibility that I have not investigated?
