Import in Members Pro

I have upgraded to MemberhsipPro 2.11. WHen I go to import subscribers I get the error, "Class 'ZipArchive' not found". I used to be able to do that prior to the upgrade. What could I be doing incorrectly? Thanks.

In new version, we use a library called PHPExcel to process export and import data in Membership Pro. That library requires ZipArchive class. So please contact your hosting provider, ask them to enable Zip library php.net/manual/en/book.zip.php for your hosting account and the error will be gone
