Templates

Hi all... I've been looking in the forum where customers are having some issues with the Lavida template. The support staff often offers to log into the customers site to investigate and fix a bug.

My question is are all bugs found by users incorporated into the final/latest version of the Template?

Please see screen capture below. The template has had several problems in the forum but the template is still version 1.0.0 if I were to buy it now.

Are all these customer issues not being fixed in your current product?
