document seller replacement?

I've been using document seller for years. Love it. It does exactly what we need. Except that we're having more problems lately and i guess there's no support? Do you have a product you recommend as a replacement? Can it import the old order history so people can still access their purchased documents? Thanks for all you do.

We don't know an extension can be used to replace Documents Seller. We are still using it here and still provide support to customers

Exactly what's the problem you are having? You can submit a support ticket so that our support staff can check and solve it

Sorry. I was told by another coder that it was no longer supported. I'd sent an email and got no reply...and figured we were just pushing it. I'll dig out my client's license and submit a ticket. Thank you! Glad it is still supported. (BTW -- the problems we're having are that we can't search orders any more and periodically it seems like the PayPal notifications just stop for a day or two, then magically appear again. We've talked with PayPal, but I'm sure you know how useless that can be.) And when the problem "goes away" it is SO hard to track. Meanwhile I have some frustrated clients!

1. I sent you updated version via email which fixed an issue with PayPal on PHP 7

2. For the search issue, I could not re-procedure, so please update the version I sent you (it also contains some minor improvements), then check it again. If the issue still happens, please let us know what we need to do to see the issue so that we can check and correct it

You folks are fantastic. Yes, your fix did make the search work again. Also, all of the missing orders have appeared in our order list. I really appreciate your help!!!
(For anyone reading this: I thought the gang hadn't replied. I'd submitted the ticket on my client's account, and my client had forgotten to send me the reply that these folks sent PROMPTLY months ago. I was misled by my colleague, and I'm SO GLAD because this team is the most responsive that I've ever met.)
I'm really glad not to have to replace this component. It has more than paid for itself over the years and we are extremely grateful for the help and support.
