Subscriptions, Renewals and down grades to Basic

The situation: a club, annual membership[M], optional "coaching" extra ...
Upgrade during the year from membership{M] to membership with coaching option [M+C]

Time to renew with 40 days to go ... Account profile, My subscription

• Memberships ... Expired
• M with Coaching ... Active
• Shows RENEW at the bottom for M+C
• No option at the bottom for M ONLY ... i.e. dont want coaching next year
• Membership Module (right sidebar) show RENEW for both M and M+C ... because I had them during the year

Try RENEW from Membership Plans Module ... both fail with message about "You can only have active subscription of one plan in the same category at a time only" ...

RENEW at bottom for M+C works ...

SO There's no way to go back to a basic subscription? without waiting until next year??

Try to edit the category, there is a parameter called Exclusive Plans. Set it to No and you should be able to subscribe for the M only plan from the plans module
