membership pro plugin

Hi,

I have a few questions about membership pro plugin:

1- i want 1 or 2 year recurring subscription plans with paypal, when subscription expires, by what mechanism does the subscription renew?

2- once subscribed, i want my members be allowed to access specific pages (categories and parts) of my site. does this plugin manage access control?

1. If users subscribe for your recurring subscription plans, the recurring payment will happen automatically (handled by PayPal). Each time PayPal process payment, it will notify Membership Pro so that Membership Pro will know about the payment and extends the subscription. So the subscription will never expired unless users cancel the subscription from within their Paypal account

If it is expired (because they cancel), they can subscribe for the plan again

2. Yes, the extension allow you to give your subscribers access to restricted resources. There are few methods which you can use membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resources-access-restriction .
