Can NON REGISTERED users see all their tickets?

Hi,
For a new project I need some ticket system like Helpdesk Pro. After checking documentation I have some pre-sales questions about it:
- System will be for NON Registered users. I know that one e-mail is sent with link to the ticket opened, but is this NON registered user able to see all tickets opened with same e-mail? Is there some e-mail + password/code authentification metod?
- Are tickets private? That means, no body can see tickets if they don't have the link or credentials, isn't it? Tickets submitted by NON Registered users doesn't mean other people can see them, isn't it?
- Is there any way to confirm e-mail account for NON Registered users? Something like you have to register in this forum, a link to confirm that you are owner of the e-mail but I'm speaking about NON Registered users
My client wants to work with Non registered users, it's a complain system open to any client, any person that wants to submit a complain about the company.

Hi
1. The ticket is private. When users submit ticket, they will get a link to access to the ticket without having to logged in
2. There is no way for user to see all his tickets because as you see, they don't have an account, so we could not know how to show tickets for them. So to access to ticket, he will have to access to his email and get the link from there

Hi Tuan,
Is the user (non registered user) able to come back to the ticket, with the link sent on the firts e-mail, and fill up or change a custom field? That means, after submit a ticket, user can come back to the ticket, add extra information and also change some custom field. For instance, to fill up a field with some code or some extra information as well as to add extra attachment.

Hi
He can only come back and add attachment to ticket. It is not possible to change value of a custom field once ticket is submitted
Of course he can add attachments while adding comment to the ticket
