When you complete an order the order summary (order page, history order page) and the messages that are send to the Admin and to the customer do not have the country field in them.
I just did an order in your template and this issue is there too.
How can i edit the [PAYMENT_ADDRESS] and [SHIPPING_ADDRESS] so that they include the country field too.
