One instance one multiple subdomains?

Hi, probably a silly question, but is it possible to sync up one database with modules etc across multiple subdomains? Or would I need to import and export and edit each instance?

I don't think it is possible. Each sub-domain is a separate site with it out database, so there is no way to sync these databases.

Not sure exactly what you are trying to do, but I think you will have to export, import and edit each instance like you said
