Is there a way to install local payment plugins into Eshop? I am from Nigeria and wanted to use Eshop with local banks cards

Sorry I am just coming back to this. The name of the local bank is GTB (Guarantee Trust Bank)

I need to use Eshop with a local card processor in Paraguay country, the name of card processor is Bancard. Is this posible..?
