What extension is better suits for my business

Hello team, I see that you propose two extensions which might suits to my business:
1. Event Booking and
2. Services Booking
Tell me please which one is best for my business regarding next requirements:

I'm selling excursions (sight seeing) of two types:
1st Individual and 2nd Excursions in mini groups.

Lets see an example of excursion configuration that I want to use:
1. Individual excursion X is not available on Sunday and 1st January and 1st May, all other dates and time client can book an individual excursion
2. Mini groups excursion Y is available one or two days in the week for instance Tuesday and Friday at 08 a.m. all other days and time it is not available.
I need separate Calendar view for Individual and Mini Groups excursions.
I want to use three payment methods: Cash, PayPal and Systempay credit card payment.
Multiple Dates events/services must be displayed on Event/Service detail page in table maximum 5 or 10 upcoming events (not all up coming events/services in never ending table)

Look at your requirement, I am afraid of none of our extensions can be used to handle this requirement. It looks quite complicated, so I think you might need to find someone to develop a custom extension for this project
