Disclaimer check for request more details

Hi, regarding privacy data we have a strict legislation here in Italy (and suppose in other EU countries and others), and it is required to click on a checkbox to confirm having read the disclaimer policy every time you input personal information on a form.
Now, regarding the "request more details" form on OS property property details is there any option to include such a check or is it matter for custom development?
If it's just some rows of php code I can modify existing code... if there's someone willing to contribute
