Paypal standard / pro in event booking

I'd like you tell me if payment plugin works with a standard paypal account or if i have to sign up for a pro one to match eventbooking payment process.

It works with standard PayPal account, don't worry. The PayPal Pro payment plugin is actually not pro version of the standard payment plugin, it is just different kind of payment:

1. PayPal Pro allows entering credit card information directly on your site for processing payment. For PayPal Standard payment plugin, customers will need to be redirected to PayPal for processing payment

2. If you want to use PayPal Pro:
- PayPal Pro is only available in some countries like US, UK, Canada and Australia.
- If you use PayPal Pro, your site needs to have an SSL certificate installed
- PayPal charges you monthly fee if you want to use PayPal Pro

In most case, just use PayPal standard payment plugin with standard PayPal account will be enough
