Hi Team
Hope all is well on your side!
We want to redo a very old Joomla version website which used Virtuemart. I've worked with Eshop before & prefer it to Virtuemart. Just a few questions to see if we can use Eshop in this instance.
Also, if it is not possible with Eshop at the moment, please provide a quote for custom work.
The website will not sell any product (it will only be in Catalogue mode). It will have machine categories and then a few products under each category.
1. Ask A Question - the current website automatically logs a reference number for each query. An email with an image of the product is send to both the administration & the visitor (with the reference number). Administration can then log into the website & assign each query to a specific technician. When the technician signs into the website it will see all the emails assigned to him with the following options: 1) Email from visitor; 2) Ref nr.
Once the technician has replied to the email, he types the action he has taken into the log.
2. AJAX search on the products. But the results should only show the categories under which the results is, not all the products.
I can send you printscreens of the current website, but it will have to be PM.

Hello Jacs,
I am fine. Thank you!
Thank you too for considering to use our EShop Shopping Cart extension. EShop has the Catalogue mode and the Ask a Question too. However, we don't have the feature to manage the submitted questions at the front-end as well as the feature to assign the question to technician.
But I think we can do this for you as a custom work. Please submit the ticket to EShop category so we can discuss more about this.
Sincerely, Giang
