Presale questions regarding Document Seller

Hi,
I read that your "Document Seller" extension can sell PDF documents and index them for Joomla smart search.
But can it :
- handle +5000 PDF documents ?
- index them all, each being approximatively 10 pages ?
- mass import 200 documents in a batch ? 1000 ? more ?
If not possible, would the PDF indexer plugin help ?

At the moment, the development for Documents Seller have been slowed down, so if you want to find a product which can be used to sell downloadable products, please find a different extension

Our Eshop extension can be used. However, we don't support indexing/searching PDF documents yet

Hi Tuan,

could you tell me what are the problems with Documents Seller ?
As I don't need all its functionalities, maybe its problems would not matter to me.
I could stick with an old version of Joomla if needed, or maybe fix it for the new joomla.
Or I could repair the Paypal plugin if it's broken,etc...
This is the only extension with all the features I need, so I am ready to buy it if most of its features work.

Or do you think it would be possible to use Edocman ?
As I really need a very simple cart, maybe I could adapt an existing solution, like this one (for DocMan) : www.shopfiles.com/index.php/products/paypal-ipn-for-docman

Hi Mata

No problem with Documents Seller, it provides all features you need to sell downloadable products. As I said, the only problem is the development has been slow down because it has all features we need for selling downloads files, so not much thing we can do to improve it

Also, Documents Seller doesn't have an option to index the content of these PDF documents and make it searchable
