Is it good for Pizza Store

We need advice prior buying your product. we are very interesting and exciting based on many recommendations. the question is this platform good with pizza store? before you answer very quick let me give you more information
1 we are using right now a different platform without naming any one we had some issues and the developers failed to support us and stick to the agreement.
2. the requirements of pizza its little bit tricky , for example it should be a button at the check out for customer could leave TIP, is that possible with your plat form, ?
3. we have a big menu and here is the more even trickier than what I just mentioned the pizza has sizes and has also toppings, toppings prices it changed by the size o f the pizza change , so for example we have about 25 topping for customer to create his pizza , so as example the pizza sizes is 8 , 10, 12, 14 , 16 and 24 inches and the topping prices change by the change of the size of the pizza, so the 8 inch pizza all the 23 toppings is 0.99 each but the the last 2 toppings for example is more expensive because its meet , for the size 10 inch pizza the toppings is 1.09 for each topping also the chicken :whistle: and the beef more expensive and so on, so if your platform has the ability to handle, and last question is if we have to more to a new application like yours what is the chances to to also migrate the old customers and orders to the new platform, thanks
