Working with options - availability by combination

I am selling t-shirts. They have 2 options, size and color. Size = S, M, L, XL. Color = Red, Blue, Black

We do not sell Red XL Shirts. Is there a way to have the other combinations display.
So I want the user to have the following:
S - Red
S - Blue
S - Black
M - Red
M - Blue
M - Black
L - Red
L - Blue
L - Black
XL - Blue
XL - Black

Right now, I had to take all red out, since I can't figure out how to limit as above.

You should create only one option called "Size - Color" with multiple option values as you want, this should work.

this advise is applicable if you have few combinations available.
As I have wedding rings, then I need:
1) color of gold (white, red, yellow, combination)
2) size (46, 47, 48......74)
3) width of the ring (4, 5, 6 mm)
4) stone (no stone, zircon, diamond)
Then this advise doesn´t work, because amount of all combinations which i would have to manually write by myself, is not acceptable

I see that but when you have too many options, the combination between options are complex. This is not supported by our extension.
