Hello Eshop How do the Product Stock is Manage?

Is there a way to add productos to the inventory?

i did not see any screen that show stock inventory

Products in EShop has the quantity field for stock inventory. The quantity will be updated automatically each time the product is ordered.

like order to manufactures a listo of products and automaticaly update that field or is just one field that i have to update manualy

You can manually update product quantity or if you have an Excel file which includes product sku and product quantity, then you can use our EShop Import Pro tool to update quantity of all products via import: eshopdocs.joomservices.com/eshop-import-pro/how-to-import
