Transfer site to a new subdomain

Hi i have a website with OSP Realty Template enabled in an subdomain of my main domain.
I want to transfer all the data and the photos and to built as new to a new subdomain with OSP Home Search
What i have to buy from your product and which is the easiest way to do it.
(i want also the same photos, comments, properties to be exactly the same with my previous version)

Mr Dang i have already purchase your product and the Akeeba pro backup and akeeba admin tools.
Also i installed to my new adress your product and i need only the transfer from os propert the properties and the fotos with texts and catigories.

My old Os property is in my subdomain s.geoland.gr
And my new version of website is e.geoland.gr.
I want the appearance of your new OSP Home Search Template with all my old properties and files.
