Reminder emails not sending

Hi,

I have installed membership pro for an organisation that has yearly memberships, all memberships expired at 30/6/2017. We set it up beforehand and all memberships are now expired, however, no reminder emails have been sent.

I am a member and have my email as bcc in the plugin membership pro reminder.

We are only requiring offline payment, so do not need members to login to the site at all. We are hoping to use membership pro just for administrators and will manually adjust the membership activity on receipt of payment.

We have 3 reminder emails set up.

I have been looking at all settings and trying different things (I have read everything I can find on this forum) and moving the date to -x to try and activate the reminder emails.

Please help!

Hello Paris

There might be something wrong with the settings of the plan or even a problem with mail server. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that I can check it directly on your site to see why the issue happens and get it corrected
