Add a fixed % percentage to variable donation $ ?

Hello, with Joom Donation can I add a fixed % percentage (ie 5% that the admin sets) to variable donation amounts (the random amount the user wants to give) ? And that % will be added on to the donation amount and is the Total Amount that is charged
