Creating and Event: Event Time Format

Creating and Event: Event Time Format was created by Aradise
I do understand how to change the Event Time Format and it works great. However, we have multiple editors creating events and they would like that time field to be this format "g:i a" versus military time. Can I change this?

Unfortunately, it is not possible. There will be many changes to the code needed to change the format. So for now, please use it as how it is
