Hello Gabriel,

1. You can not use Membership Pro payment plugin for EShop. You must develop/purchase EShop payment plugin for EShop: www.joomdonation.com/payment-plugins/eshop-payment-plugins.html

2. The Fedex Shipping is not ready yet.

I think I can take the time to convert the payment plugin of Membership Pro to EShop payment plugin. Please submit a new ticket to EShop category to ask more about this, I will answer and give you the solution there.
