PDF ticket image missing

PDF ticket image missing was created by Graeme Ferrero
For some reason, the image on my PDF tickets (and PDF invoices) does not appear, even though it shows on the set-up screen. Any ideas?

There must be something special causing the issue. Please submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site, we are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted for you
