Hi

I currently have Joomla (365) EShop 2.5.0, Chronoforms5, and YOOtheme Zoo 3.3.20, running a site. I would like to use membership pro to restrict access to portions of the site with free subscriptions, but with ability to charge if needed later. These will be mostly ZOO Blogs, Categories, and Items, but I do not see any discussions of it even being compatable online or in your forums.

While I have been called a master of BS, I am NOT Css, PHP, or JS, trained to do custom mods to get it working. I fix things with a lot of time consumed, but am not a valid programmer.

I see that RSMembership has zoo and K2 plugins, I see you have K2 pluggin. Perhaps zoo too? I like the looks and what I have read about MBpro, but I need to have a site that works without excessive maintenance.

Is MBPro a reasonable extension to use on this site? WOuld integration be extreme, average, or simple? Any guess at a cost to have pro installation if needed?
I know you cannot predict exact answers, but you should have had some ideas on this from your experience.
Thanks,

mesu

Hello

Honestly, I haven't used ZOO, so, I don't know if Membership Pro works well with it or not. However, since most of Joomla Extensions use ACL (has an Access field to control who can view an item), I think it should still work. You can use this method to restrict access to these items membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/resour...sing-joomla-core-acl

I think the integration would be average. Something you will need to do:

1. Setup Subscription Plans

2. Create Joomla user group and access level

3. Config Membership Pro to assign subscribers to the user group you want membershipprodoc.joomservices.com/joomla-groups-integration

4. Then edit the items you want to restrict access, set the appropriate access level for it

If you decide to use Membership Pro and need help, we are available to assist

Yes. There should be email notification. Maybe at the time I replied, the mail server didn't work for some reasons and you didn't receive notification

If you still don't receive notification email this time, maybe you can help updating your account to use a different email

Regards,

Tuan
