Membership Pro - For VPS/Cloud hosting company?

Is it a viable solution?

We will advertise VPS servers on the front page, and cloud storage, in splash/detail boxes... Like the example site membershippro.joomservices.com

For people already subscribed, we would want them to be able to subscribe to other products, by paying monthly, is this possible?

We would need to have the customer able to get in touch with us for support purposes, so what options are available in that area? We wouldn't want a simple contact us page, rather a ticket/enquiry based system/

Additionally, we would need to have some back-end management, such as giving an individual subscriber access to their own information, like login details for their cloud storage and IP's for their VPS servers... this would be on a one to one basis, would we create an article for each customer and give them access to it or are there other options?

In the meantime I'm reading the documentation.

I am sorry for lately response. Honestly, this kind of requirement is complicated and Membership Pro (or any other membership extensions, I guess) could not handle it

OK but you demo website is based on a hosting company selling VPS - we have bought it anyway and will see if it fits, I actually bought it on that basis... Let's see what I can come up with, it may be that we work to your software rather than expecting the software to fit our regime, we are a new startup after all...
