Mass Mail

When sending a Mass Mail through Event Booking, I'm guessing it doesn't show the emails of registrants for the event.

No, each of them will receive one email message, they could not see other email addresses. If you still worry about it, create a test event, then create two registration records using your two separate emails, then try to mass mail to registrants of that event and check the result
