Hello Giannis

No, at the moment, we don't have a way to support that. I don't know why you have to remove user account? If it is blocked, users could not login, so that account actually, doesn't have any usage

Also, why you need to block / remove account? What if subscribers want to renew their subscriptions? If the account is blocked, they could not login, thus, could not renew the subscription and you would loose the money

Regards,

Tuan

If the account is blocked the user cannot login but cannot register with the same email either! I want the users can renew their membership after expiration but this is not possible using your component because if it is blocked they can't login or create a new account with the same email and if their account assign to another group they can't login to renew their account! I tried to create a group named "Subscribers" to assigned to this after expiration but it is not possible to login if it is not in the "Registered Group" So I want to remove their account in order to give them the opportunity to create a new account with the same email.

I don't want the user after expiration have the access, that Registered members have! That's the point!

It is possible to allow users from Subscribers group to login. You can submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that we can help configuring it for you

However, the way you are setting up the extension is still the best way. Ideally, you should :

1. Subscribers group should be a child group of Registered group

2. You should give user from Subscribers group to access to restricted resources rather than the users from standard Registered group.. standard Registered user group should contain users haven't paid for subscription or users has expired subscription without renewing

Anyway, please submit support ticket and I will help configuring it for you
