EShop component purchase included plugins

Hi developer,
what payment gateway plugins and features are included with the EShop component purchase ?

In the information page, advertising this product list a lot of SUPPORTING FEATURE AND PUGINS AND OPTIONS, but I don't assume all of them are included in the purchase price of $39.99
please identifying which are included and which are additional purchase so customer can easily making a decision to purchase this product.

EShop has following payment plugins shipped with it by default:

1. PayPal (website payment standard)

2. Authorize.net (AIM method)

3. Offline Credit card

4. Eway

5. Offline payment
