Do you have documentation or some more detailed information I can get to determine if this is an option for us.

We do already use Events Booking and are pleased with it, but I'd like to better understand the USPS plugin before I can determine if it works for my client.

USPS shipping plugin is the shipping plugin to get the shipping options from the USPS based on total weight of products in the cart and dimensions that you entered from the configuration of plugin. If you want to use USPS shipping services, then you should purchase EShop USPS shipping plugin and use it with our EShop Shopping Cart extension.
