users abandon transaction while waiting for paypal

My users abandon the transaction after registering, while waiting for paypal, because it takes a long time and they are confused. Some sort of loader would be helpful. I just went to the translation page and noticed the following item:
EB_WAIT_PAYPAL Please wait while redirecting to Paypal for making Payment
When is this supposed to come up in the process? My registrants never see this. I am using the os_paypal plugin and you can see it in laboratoryschools.org/new-2017-conferenc...-conference/checkout

The text Please wait while redirecting to PayPal... should be displayed. In case it is not being displayed, there must be something on your site causing the issue

Submit a support ticket sending us super admin account of your site so that our developer can help correcting it for you
