Some members do not show in the front-end list

HI! I don't know why but at least one member is not display in the front-end list. I compare its records directly in the database with other records but I can't see any difference. Some fields such as organization are empty but even if I put something in it, it still does not display.

Membership Pro : latest version

We are going to check to see why it that member is not being displayed and get it sorted
