We have a professional organization and am looking for a solution to manage our members and our events. We don't sell subscriptions, but our members are required to pay annual dues. I am looking for a way to manage our members, let them know when it's time to renew, take their money via PayPal for their renewals and do emails to the membership and groups within the membership other than renewals. I also want to be able to send out info about regular meetings to our paid members and to be able to send our special events for which they have to pay and collect their money. This membership system also needs an RSVP system so we know who is coming, who has paid and who in not coming. Will your software do these things? I also have a couple of technical questions, such as can we import members from an Excel File or CSV? Can we maintain a photo directory of our members? If your answers are yes, I will buy today!!!!
