Property Import : XML format

Hi,

I'm interested in your component OS Property.
But I need to import xml files from a specified french software called Hektor (one of best softwares for french real estate).

Here joined a sample of the kind of files.

First question :
Could I import this datas with your component and, if yes, how ? (using a custom form ?)

Second question :
Could I create a daily cron task to import these files ? or must I do this job manually ?
