I am in the market for a help desk to integrate into our website along side Membership Pro, etc.
I like the idea of Contacts being intercepted via plugin and tracked through the help desk.
However please can you clarify if all contacts are dealt with the same way or if I can just intercept some?
Also, for those I intercept can I post to different categories based on who was contacted, e.g. I would want to separate out:
- technical queries
- sales queries
- membership queries
