eventbrite-like functionality

Is there a way to allow people to create events through the front end but transfer a fee per registrant/purchase to the owner of the website? Would this be difficult to build?

Hi Frank

Events Booking allows users to submit events from frontend of your site. However, there is not a way to allow site owner to get free per registrant yet. It is quite difficult because;

1. Not many payment gateways allow splitting a transaction into two smaller transactions (one to event owner and one to the registrant)

2. Even if the payment gateway allows that, I am not sure if the registrants happy to see two transactions for their registration as above

In short, this feature is not supported at the moment and there is no an easy way to handle it
