Upgrade HelpDesk Pro from 1.3.0 to 3.0.0 was created by Nick Jones
I'm currently using HelpDesk Pro 1.3.0 on Joomla 3.5.0 I would like to upgrade to 3.0.0 Is there an upgrade path or procedure for keeping my current data?

You just need to purchase latest version 3.0.0 and upgrade it to your site

All your current data will be kept, don't worry
