Registrants View was created by Ino Sofjan
Hello,
How much can I configure or modify the Registrants View? Currently there are fields I don't care to see but there are a number of them that I would like to see.
Also, in the same view, what would it take to make the "Select Event" to take wildcard rather than distinct value?
Thanks,
ino

Hello Sofjan
=> There will be code customization needed to add fields you want and remove the fields you don't want. It will cost you about 30$ if you hire us to do the modification
For select event, I don't know how wildcard works? Could you please explain more details so that I can check to see whether it is possible?

Hi Tuan,
Let me see if my boss is willing to shell out $30. There are a couple of custom field right now and I suspect that there will be more in the future. I will let you know.
On the wild card select... Currently what we have is that a select based on one event. If I have a 3-level category, it would be nice to be able to see ALL based on the category (parent or child). But also, if the selection is by any common word(s) in the name of the events, we could accomplish the same thing. For example:
(Parent Category) 2017 HTX Meets
(First-level sub-category #1) 2017 HTX Friday
(Second-level sub-category #1.1) 2017 HTX Friday Adults
(Event #1 for sub-category #1.1) 2017 HTX Friday Adults Walking
(Event #2 for sub-category #1.1) 2017 HTX Friday Adults Running
(Second-level sub-category #1.2) 2017 HTX Friday Adults
(Event #1 for sub-category #1.2) 2017 HTX Friday Kids Walking
(Event #2 for sub-category #1.2) 2017 HTX Friday Kids Running
(First-level sub-category #2) 2017 HTX Saturday
(Second-level sub-category #2.1) 2017 HTX Saturday Adults
(Event #1 for sub-category #2.1) 2017 HTX Saturday Adults Walking
(Event #2 for sub-category #2.1) 2017 HTX Saturday Adults Running
(Second-level sub-category #2.2) 2017 HTX Saturday Adults
(Event #1 for sub-category #2.2) 2017 HTX Saturday Kids Walking
(Event #2 for sub-category #2.2) 2017 HTX Saturday Kids Running
At the moment, I can only select particular event per view. It becomes time consuming since there are 8 of them.
It would be nice if I can pick at the category or sub-category and see the registrants for for example "Saturday".
Or, if the select allows for wild card, I can just select "2017 HTX Friday*" and I will get all registrants for ALL Friday events. Something like
SELECT * FROM xxxx_eb_events WHERE title LIKE '%whatever the selection phrase is%'
Thanks,
ino
