OS Membership PRO: 2.4.0
Joomla: 3.5.1
A new user has registered. Their account is activated and enabled. When user attempts to log in, they get this message:
WARNING:
Username and password do not match or you do not have an account yet.
Cache was cleared both Joomla and browser but still cannot login with correct credentials.
User is assigned to the correct group to access/login.
I have tested this myself going through the registration and still the same results.

That's strange to me. Please submit a support ticket sending us supper admin account of your site and the link to subscription page
We are going to check to see why the issue happens and get it sorted
